QneCMS is perfect for building local community websites. It allows many contributors to add to the website, provides a newsletter feature, makes it easy to add 'Tell a friend' links and contact forms and provides ready made news pages.
QneCMS was originally built to make it easy to manage the Glasgow West End community website so it is no surprise that it continues to be a good CMS for this type of website.
